Sing Your Heart Healthy
Posted on 25. Jan, 2010 by Fitness & Wellness News in Feature Story, Health
Right now, take a breather. Stop what you’re doing to breathe slowly and deeply. Be conscious of how you breathe throughout the day. Hum a repetitious tune, especially if you find your breath is coming short and shallow. It’ll put pep in your step, harmony in your heart, and calm in your spirit.
See “Behind the Scenes of Broadway” for other interesting connections between singing and exercise.
