Right now, take a breather. Stop what you’re doing to breathe slowly and deeply. Be conscious of how you breathe throughout the day. Hum a repetitious tune, especially if you find your breath is coming short and shallow.  It’ll put pep in your step, harmony in your heart, and calm in your spirit.
